REMEDY FOR THE REPUBLIC.
.Make the Imperfect War declared against the American people Perfect
WAR POWERS ACT...... March 9, 1933, TITLE 12 USC. Section 95 (a) and 95 (b) This Act states that "During time of war or during any period of national emergency declared by the President, the President may, through any agency that he may designate, or otherwise investigate, regulate, prohibit, under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, by means of licenses or otherwise, any transactions in foreign exchange, transfers of credit between or payments by banking institutions as defined by the President and export, hoarding, melting, or earmarking of gold or silver coin or bullion or currency, by any person within the United States or anyplace subject to the jurisdiction thereof. This Act also declared all United States Citizens to be the enemy of the United States Government and has never been rescinded. As a result of this Act, since 1933 we have lived as the declared enemies of the United States Government which is the same time period this government began to slowly implement legislation that has brought us to where we now stand. We are being told we have no rights. We are told we only have privileges from government Those that have tried to fight back in the past have fought an Imperfect War. You have never heard of an Imperfect War? I will explain it in a simple way. It’s when two enemies are at war. One side attacks and fires but the other side doesn’t fire back. Unfortunatly, most people in America in 1933 didn’t understand their government made them enemies, and most Americans living today won’t believe it.
Unlike most Americans living today, President Roosevelt knew and understood our past history and how he could use it. He knew the Original 13th Amendment disappeared from the Constitution as ratified in 1815. This amendment prohibited Esquires, (attorneys, lawyers) from holding public office. Many of our past presidents have been lawyers, including the one we now have.
Roosevelt knew Martial Law was declared by President Lincoln on April 24th, 1861 with General Orders No.100. Under this first declaration under martial law authority, Congress and President Lincoln instituted continuous martial law by ordering the states (people) either conscribe troops and or provide money in support of the North or be recognized as enemies of the nation. This martial law Act of Congress is still in effect today. This martial law authority gives the President (with or without Congress) the dictatorial authority to do anything that can be done by government. As a result there has been no legitimate law or legitimate government, Federal or State. since 1861. This conscription act remains in effect to this very day and is the foundation of the authority for Presidential Executive Orders.
Now that constitutional government was gone, a new method to provide the appearance of government had to be provided, so another act was passed. It was the First Reconstruction Act, March 2, 1867 An Act to provide for the more efficient Government of the Rebel States. This act stated that there were no longer any lawful representatives in the Confederate states, And so the first civil service law was enacted, thereby ending the election of constitutional representatives of the people. Today all elected representatives are employees under the civil service system. But Lincoln didn’t stop there. He intended to perfect the treason. This was done with the following legislation:
Reconstruction Act of July 19, 1867 SUPPLEMENTARY RECONSTRUCTION ACT OF JULY 19, 1867. "An Act supplementary to an act entitled An Act to provide for the more efficient government of the rebel states, passed on the second day of March, 1867, and the act supplementary thereto, passed on the 23d day of March, 1867. Reconstruction Act of March 11, 1868 AMENDATORY RECONSTRUCTION ACT OF MARCH 11, 1868. "An Act to amend the act passed March 23, 1867, entitled An Act supplementary to 'An act to provide for the more efficient government of the rebel states,' passed March 2, 1867, and to facilitate their restoration."
Lincoln’s idea of restoration was to create a totally new government, along with it’s citizens. The following legislation was passed: The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 created a private corporation (hereinafter “Corp. U.S.”, Trademark name, “United States Government”) owned and operated by the actual government for the purpose of carrying out the business needs of the government under martial law. This was done under the constitutional authority for Congress to pass any law within the ten mile square of Washington, District of Columbia. In said Act, Corp. U.S. adopted their own constitution (United States Constitution), which was identical to the national Constitution (Constitution of the United States of America) except that it was missing the national constitution's original 13th Amendment and the national constitution's 14th, 15th and 16th amendments are respectively numbered 13th, 14th and 15th amendments in the Corp. U.S. Constitution. The 14th Amendment created the new citizens for the new Nation. Federal legislation has been imposed throughout states by creation of federal regions by President Nixon on March 27, 1969, through the Government Reorganization Act. He divided the United States into 10 Regions. To further implement this Regional Governance over the U.S.., President Nixon signed Executive Order 11647 and entered it in the Federal Register February 12, 1972. (Vol .37, No.30) Through the authority vested in him as President of the United States, President Nixon established a Federal Regional Council for each of the 10 standard regions. It stated that, the President shall designate one member of each Council as Chairman of the Council and such Chairman shall serve at the pleasure of the President. The fact that State borders have been destroyed to create 10 REGIONS instead of 50 Union States is something your government doesn't want you to know.
There is no constitutional jurisdiction for the federal government to legislate for a municipal government in a Union State. The usurpation of state jurisdiction can only be achieved by conspiracy and fraud on the part of our duly elected public servants. It stands to reason that if there is no constitutional jurisdiction for the federal government to legislate for a municipal government in a Union state, there is also no jurisdiction for a federal bureaucracy to legislate for a municipal government in a Union state. As example: the EPA, the DEA, the IRS and the FBI, etc., have no Constitutional authority to legislate in a Union State These are agencies of the Federal government, having jurisdiction only on federal territory.
What we are living under now is Emergency Rule under War Powers, and our law is under the Law of Necessity, which basically means that a system of law needs to be provided because our Constitutional system no longer exists.
We don’t have a constitutionally elected President. We have a dictator functioning under executive Emergency Rule, not under the constraints of the Organic Constitution, but under emergency Law of Necessity.
Government will deny that the people are considered to be the enemy, but the law libraries are full of books printed by government that contains the record of what has been done. Lawyers know it is truth but will never present it in court to defend you. It would put them at risk of losing their livelihood. However, many will defend you down to your last dollar knowing you can never win.
You know instinctively that something is terribly wrong in America. The government on all levels does not appear to represent the people. The Constitution is ignored. The Republic is only a shadow of what it was intended to be. The government now calls this Republic a democracy and is working day and night to destroy States Rights. The entire Bill of rights may be next. We have been told the 10th Amendment is gone. The 1st and 2nd may be experiencing their death throes. Everything we have to fight back through the courts has been in vain. Public officials won’t acknowledge we exist once they are in positions of power.
The world seems upside down and we don’t know why. NOW YOU KNOW! It appears the Republic has been quietly overthrown. The American people are losing the war declared against us. Now that you know what has been done to you by those who pretend to be constitutional representatives, you may decide to level the playing field and make the Imperfect War Perfect, because if you don’t, you and your posterity will remain the enemy, and THE ENEMY HAS NO RIGHTS.
